Vibrating conveyor is a kind of continuous conveying machine which uses vibration exciter to make the trough vibrate, so that the materials in the trough slide or throw along a certain direction. The vibration conveyor is mainly composed of vibration exciter, bearing groove, main vibration spring and frame. Except for some parts of vibration exciter, there are few relative rotating parts.

1. Classification by driving device type

(l) The elastic connecting rod type vibration conveyor is driven by the elastic connecting rod.

(2) The electromagnetic vibration conveyor is excited by the electromagnetic vibrator.

(3) Inertia vibration conveyor is excited by inertia exciter.

2. According to the dynamic state and dynamic factors

(l) According to the dynamic state, it can be divided into non resonant vibration conveyor (generally working in far super resonant state) and near resonant vibration conveyor.

(2) According to the number of vibrational plastids, they can be divided into simple plastids. Double mass and multi mass vibration conveyor.

(3) According to the linear and nonlinear characteristics of the system, it can be divided into linear vibration conveyor and nonlinear vibration conveyor.

(4) According to the balance of the two qualities, it can be divided into balanced and unbalanced Vibrating conveyors.

3. Classification by transport mode

(l) Horizontal vibrating conveyor.

(2) Up or down slightly inclined vibrating conveyor.

(3) Vertical vibration conveyor.

4. Classification by material movement state

(l) Vibrating conveyor with sliding movement of materials.

(2) Vibrating conveyor for material throwing motion.
